I conducted research on the determinants of the effectiveness of the credit risk management improvement process in conjunction with the analysis of lending policy, quality analysis of the loan portfolio, analysis of the reliability of credit procedures, including the methodology of testing the creditworthiness of a potential borrower and the bank's credit risk. I investigated the correlation between the improvement of credit risk management, the methodology used to test the creditworthiness of a potential borrower and the bank's credit risk, the issue of information asymmetry between the bank and the borrower, the quality of the loan portfolio, the bank's financial results, and the change in the market valuation of the lender's share price. I have described the results of my research in articles posted on this Research Gate portal. I invite you to research cooperation in this area.
