Working with in vitro mycorrhizae, I first get them from pot culture. II extract them with sieving and gradient sucrose. At the end, I have a few ml of water with hundred of spores in it. I want to pick up the spore ONE by ONE, but I want to do hundred of in vitro trials with differents species in the next months. I want to look at the spores below microscope (60x) and pickup exactly those I choose for color, size etc. IT IS QUITE HARD TO PICK UP JUST ONE AND VERY TIME CONSUMING. Does someone have found or designed an efficient tool to pick up the spores one by one in liquid suspension ?
