Nanosight NTA: particles per mL vs particles per frame?

I am using the Nanosight NS300 for NTA of isolated human exosomes. On the experimental report, I see a high concentration of about 10^9 particles per mL, but the particles per frame are very low, sometimes even lower than 1. Another concern is that I get few data points on the intensity/size graph.

Should I trust the concentration I am getting?

Aim for 20–100 particles per frame. Lesser or more than this would not yield reliable and statistically robust tracking of particle and accurate size distribution and concentration measurements.
