I am using Microtox® Model 500 (M500) analyser and i would like to know how to transform EC50 to concentration (mg/ml) and which is the limit of toxicity in relation to primary dilution using the 81,9% Basic test.

EC50 is already a concentration (that causing 50% inhibition of light emission)...

Do you mean that EC50 is g/L? For example "EC50 Concentration: 31,86%" means 31,86 g/L of what? Thank you for your help

Do you have manual of Microtox. All information is written in it. And furthermore i advise you not to confuse urself with 81,9 % test. This is only the name of test.
By the way EC50 is usually measured in mg/L. So first of all you need to know which units you are using for preparation of samples,
