Hi everyone.
I have some confusions on ng of DNA and microliters (ul). I've read several PCR protocols which mentioned on the ideal concentration of DNA template per reaction. I couldn't understand what is meant by 20-200 ng per reaction? How many microliters in a nanogram of DNA?
For example, 50ng of DNA template for 50ul reaction. Means, how many microliters in 50ng of DNA?
