Hi All,

I get the following error when running minimization of my system using the script minimd.namd (attached)

log file:

"FATAL ERROR: UNABLE TO FIND ANGLE PARAMETERS FOR ...".

When looking at the prm files the following information is missing:

DIHEDRAL

X X X X 0.00000 1 0.000000 ! WILD CARD FOR MISSING TORSION PARAMETERS

IMPROPER

...

X X X X 0.00000 1 0.000000 ! WILD CARD FOR MISSING IMPROPER PARAMETERS

I have used both CharmmGui and LigParGen output files trying to fix this issue, yet none of them seem to work / generate the information. How can one solve the issue?
