The identification of citations and the calculation of the h-index from them are fully automated. You cannot add citations yourself. See https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293410769297-Citations for more information. See also the following discussions on missing citations:
Dear Manoj Kumar In addition to what is already indicated by Wolfgang R. Dick I can say:
-Make sure that you add the correct (meta)data to the papers you upload here on RG (publishing date, volume and issue number, if available DOI, etc.)
-Furthermore check if the publication is already present here on RG such as the following paper that should be in your profile Article Nanoceuticals governance and market review
See for how to claim publication for example https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292798510993-Authorship
I agree with Dr Wolfgang R. Dick that this process is automated and I tend to think if I am not in a hurry (such as for job application), then I can wait for a bit longer. How long have you had to wait already?
Dear Manoj Kumar do read my previous reply carefully and claim the paper indicated there. You included a new entry in your own profile while the paper is already present in another profile (yours?) https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Manoj-Kumar-135/research
here are the citations nicely added.
Best regards.
PS. If the mentioned profile is yours as well, you better merge them, see for example https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14292803187473-Duplicate-profiles
