I have run my data with multiple regression and pearson correlation.
The results are different such as
variable LKQE (b=0.285 sig 0.017) in multiple regression while the result from correlation is (r=-0.154 sig 0.024), the result in regression show a positive sign while negative in correlation.

When the relation between response variable and one of the explanatory observation is nonlinear, this result is obtained. you can use function of explanatory observation (for example log or exp()) in regression model.
