I would like to know that how can you make some parameter as a function of time. For example I have pH changing at every 4hours and my program runs for 20hours with changing pH profile plotted against time and without stopping the simulation I should get my results. I tried to add the same but my program doesn't use the pH values hence my graph is just horizontal line , can anyone help me

I would advise you to write your own software. Using the so called black box type programs does not teach you anything. Regards,
