I am planning to perform a classical protein import inhibition experiment, however, so far I was able to find articles where this has been done in vitro. Could you please share a link to in vivo experiments, i. e. having the living cells synthesizing the fusion protein and then blocking its import by addition of MTX to cultivation media? I would like to use it as a starting point to check concentration and time required for import abolishment.
