I have some difficulties in interpreting the result? How to interpret the graph? I got a good linear relationship and good reproducibility for both 2 and 4 hours but Don't know what is the conclusion of the expirment?

I think 2 hrs incubation of MTT is still good enough to form farmazan crystals.

Hi Amnah,
in my lab we use cell counting kit-8 (CCK8) from Dojindo to for assessing cell viability, proliferation and cytotoxicity. I've used incubation times of 1 and 2 hours at 37C and have seen good reproducibility. This may be a good alternative if you require shorter incubation times.
