Mouse antibody sequence anomaly?

Hi, I have been trying to sequence a mouse antibody but I get a +1 frameshift at the CDR3 junction for both light and heavy chains. Does anybody know what is the right sequence and why it does this? I have cloned it several times using different vectors and primers but it keeps giving these results. For example when I reach the cysteine prior to the CDR3 I get a couple of amino acids then a stop codon but if I continue on the +1 reading frame I get the correct end of the sequence. Any ideas please?
