Mounting media for aggresome detection in fluorescence microscopy ?

Hello,

I'm trying to detect aggresomes using enzo aggresome detection kit. The company recommend to use no mounting media as it affects the dye. I used PBS to mount the coverslip but it's hard to get 60X magnification as the PBS doesn't seal the surface completely, and it drys out quickly.

Has anyone tried this kit ? Any suggestions ?
