Hi everyone! Does anyone know what the most hydrophobic plate on the market is? Is there a plate more hydrophobic than the polysorp plate? Also, does anyone know how the polysorp and polystyrene universal binder plates compare? Is the polystyrene UB any more hydrophobic than the polysorp?

You should try to make your own plate. It's not very hard by using silanization solution from Sigma:

You just put your favorite plate in a sealed dish with a drop of silanization solution and incubate overnight. In the morning you will have a very hydrophobic plate. Siliconized plates can be available commercially as well. LoBind consumables from Eppendorf use modified polypropylene that can work for you.
Apply a drop of water on the plate and measure the contact angle. Compare the magnitude of the contact angle on it and determine which has a greater hydrophobicity plate. Some water wettability of solids is characterized by angles: 69 degrees talc, parafin- 106. Consequently hydrophobicity paraffin.
