I have PMA of 1mMolar concentration. I have to add 200nMolar of PMA in 0.5 ml cell suspension. So, what is the volume of PMA (in micro ltr) to be added in 0.5 ml suspension (as 200 nMolar concentration of PMA)?
This calculation makes little bit confusion. Can anyone help me please?

Thanks for your valuable answer. But the thing is I have 20microltr of stock solution. So, first I have to dilute the solution to make a stock. After that, from the prepared stock I have to add 200nM in 0.5ml cell suspension. I mean the cell suspension is fixed 0.5 ml; so, what volume of stock should I add which can make 200nM in final concentration? Can you please suggest about the convenient dilution method?

You can make a stock solution of 1uM (1000nM)...
1mM = 1000uM
1000uM.V1=1uM.1000uL
V1= 1uL (PMA 1mM) + 999 uL of PBS. (PMA 1uM)
Then, to use in the cells, you can use this one.
1000nM. V1= 200nM.500uL
V1= 100 uL (of PMA 1uM -1000nM) + 400 uL media
