Yes of course. The asymptotic slope of ln(MR) vs t of a long cylinder shaped food product during a mass transfer process is,
k=-(a12Deff)/r2 where a1 is the first root of J0(a1)=0 and J0 is the Bessel function of first kind and order zero.
