I am wanting to model the water valence in an orchard.

In order to do so I need to determine potential evaporation and potential transpiration

I use hydrus and climate data to determine ETo, from which hydrus looks for leaf area index to split E from T, however this doesn't really work for an orchard, which has leaf growth, prunnings, harvest then leaf fall, in which the alleyway between the tree rows also transpires. I'm looking for a model or approach that can determine either the Kcd and Ke factors or LAI for both the tree and alleyway.

Any ideas?
