Mismatch of given initial value of temperature with the value in the final results. Can anyone help?

I am trying to simulate a triple tube concentric heat exchanger on ANSYS Fluent (15.0). I give the initial temperature inlet boundary condition as 283 K. When I check the results the minimum temperature is less than 6 K. The same case is with the maximum temperature. Where could I be going wrong? Please help.
