Authors with first name initials are regularly mislabele4d. I am getting autorship confirmation requests e.g. for ANGELA or ANNa etc instead of the real author Antonio. Of course, I can't answer YES That Angela is my coauthor, I can't nwer NO, becasuse HERNANDO (last name) IS the author.

This happensn regularly with common family names and comlplately different research fields.
