The purpose of this study is to investigate the ongoing question on how consumers are affected by the cost of cellular data especially in South Africa where usage based -billing is prevalent and is extremely high. It is a need not a luxury to be able to afford cellular data in order to stay connected and be able to do the daily tasks on their mobile phones using data.
