They advertise 30-50 Gb of data, but I've seen 15-20 Gb. Perhaps you could get as much as what they advertise if everything was optimized and went perfect during the sequencing run. As for washes, I think you can use it as long as there are active pores, you will probably get less and less pores over time so you will get less and less data after each wash.

We generally also acquire 15–20 Gb per run for long reads (see http://www.jmdjournal.org/article/S1525-1578(23)00194-0/fulltext). This is comparable to using shorter reads in our studies (not published yet). We haven't washed and reused because we generally exhaust the pores/channels.
