I have some confusion in understanding deeply what happens to light between the two electrodes.
The emission zone must be placed at the anti-node of the standing wave inside the cavity to obtain higher out-put efficiency.
+ What is exactly that standing wave? wavelength?
How can we calculate the position of first, second, third,... anti-node of the standing wave.?

I recommend you to search Purcell effect. You can calculate approximately optical length of constructive interference. the distance between anode and emtting zone could be λ/2. however there is phase shift in anode metal (about λ/2 )so it could be approximately λ/4 for first cavity peak. it is approximated results. you can find many articles about micro cavity oled.
Kyung, check this article out, I think it will clear this up for you if you can get access. Basically, as far as I can tell, the standing wave is a wave that is made by light coming in/being emitted from the device which is being discussed. Generally the type of device they are discussing is a "microcavity OLED" or similar device that involves a microcavity which is formed between the two plates you're referring to. The article below shows them placing the emission zone at the antinodes in their design for an OLED.
