Good day. This is my first time working on Autodock and i encountered a problem with mgltools 1.5.7. I have imported a protein from pdb into pmv and no molecules are in display. At first, I thought the molecule was simply hidden, and went to Display>Show/Hide Molecule, and I got this error message. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
My computer specs are:
