When several biomarkers are used in medical or forensic decision making (or diagnosis) the diagnostic accurary can be compared with ROC curves and AOC (area under the curve). In addition Pos and Neg Predictive Values can be used. However I am looking for better tools.

For example, in forensic decisionmaking of chronic alcohol (ab)use an test like gGT is positive (wel above upper reference level) while other tests like CDT are negative (within reference range). How could be expressed scientificaly that the neg CDT result overrules the pos gGT?

It was suggested to use the Likelihood Ratio's but stil how can I weigh a positive LR (for gGT) against a negative LR (for CDT)?
