I'm interested in private determination of vitamin D (as 25OH vitamin D). I know that there are blood spot tests to be send to labs for LC-MS/MS analyses. But I am looking for immunochromatography tests like those used in home pregnancy tests.
And if available, how well are they validated ?

They stated that this is Rapid One-Step Whole Blood Vitamin D Test. A Rapid “Sandwich” Immunochromatographic Test for the Semi Quantitative. Detection of total 25-OH Vitamin D in human Whole Blood.
You can try to ask them about the validation. But commonly the companies do not provide their test method validations.

I have limited experience with a similar immunochromatografic POCT test for 25OH vitamin D named Rapid vitamin D test from Lumiquick.
