Methods to increase the number of eosinophils in lung (or BALF) of mouse in a short period of time (several days)?

I'd like to isolate eosinophils from mouse BAL cells and culture them in vitro, but the amount of EOS in BALF at normal level is too small, so is there any method to increase the number of EOS in lung by using OVA or LPS, and just in a very short period of time (several days better)?

I would be grateful for any indications and replies.
