Method to store preadapted cultures?

If I adapt Salmonella, Listeria and LAB to grow at low temperatures (12°C), what method do you recommend for storing these cultures? 80°C with glycerol? live culture at 5°C? If you know of any papers on this subject, they are welcome. Thanks
