Metalloprotein - DNA docking software with post-translational modification?

Hello,

I am looking for a docking server that can handle metalloproteins with and without a post-translational modification. I know HADDOCK can handle this but I don't know if any others exist which can deal with both requirements.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
