I draw all paths through the mediator and to dependent in order to find the indirect effect and compare it with the total effect, the AMOS refuses (Chi=0, SRMR=0, p value=0,...etc) to run because the degree of freedom becomes 0. Meaning as I know that I have to delete one path line or one covariance line or fix the parameter of one path.

Hi Ahmad,
your model is a partial mediation model and as such, saturated with no testable implications and df. "Amos refuses" sounds a bit strange. I would assume you get parameter estimates, their SE and statistical tests. However, due to the saturatedness, the model provides very weak support for mediation and probably has hundreds of alternatives which will give you similar results.
