I want to know how fast my motor can respond to my command and how much it can change its velocity or generated torque. For instance, is it possible to change the torque of this motor:

from 0 to 30 N.m. in 7 milliseconds?
I noticed that the mechanical time-constant is a good criterion for such a demand, but is it really the case in my question? Because I want to use this motor to move a link of a robot and use a 30:1 gearbox to get 30N.m. torque from this motor and the mechanical time constant is the time required for a given motor to reach 63.2% of its maximum rated speed in a no-load condition.
In summary, my question is how long will it take for this motor to change its torque from 0 to 30 or from -30 to 30 N.m.
