How to measure the depth of microchannel made on PMMA sheet? Its in the microscale.
First try measuring by a (digital) caliper. For more precise quantification of the profile of a surface, you can use a "Profilometer" to measure the depth. It can be either a contact profilometer or non-contact (optical) one.
For micro channel you can use laser indicators. They are quite efficient and provide very accurate results.
I recommend to use the profilometer - quick and precise results.
