Measurement of purines?

Hello,

I would like to know what technique should I use to measure circulating purine metabolites, such as hypoxanthine, guanine, etc..?

Additionally, is it possible to accurately determine a 'purine profile' of serum uric acid (i.e. the contribution of each purine to uric acid)?
