Every story is important, it may be used as a bridge between psychology and quantum physics as Jung and Pauli were working on these events for a long time. Last Friday we did a homage in Afkikker and the pianist announced that he was going to play a concert as a homage on February the 4th. Afterwards he heard that this was the anniversary of the organizer who died.

No, I didn't know this, I just was reading about that equation with the letter i, just now I get a better view on the relationship between Jung and Pauli. If there was no Jung we never had know Pauli's thinking. Jung has sent him to his assistents for the recollection of information. And Pauli paid to give his precious dreams away. But he gained a lot of insight into the irrational world of psychology.
the point is to find the logic behind synchronicity which has to do with the ordering principle of information. How we classified it and for what use.
Well I follow. I also read the same books of K and Bohm and I know why Bohm got sick of it because K was not honest about his lover which he denied to David Bohm.
For the rest I agree that you have to live it out. And then to stop otherwise you can't observe it. But in and out is the technique of the writer and the musician they can switch very quickly. That is their secret.

Inspiration and synchronicity are going from outside to inside, there they linger very small time, sometimes just enough to catch them and bring them again to the outside in music, poetry, writings, etc. That's why I think this is alocal.
I know from musicians and experience in poetry that the memory of inspiration is nearly immediately lost, if it is not written down it is gone.
So we can conclude that there is a difference in the proteins, which are responsible for the memory, from which source the information comes. It is possible that the neuron binding is very weak when inspiration is involved.
It is also not easy to make the division and most of the times inspiration and thought are going together which I like very much in jazz music. Here the musician is going in and out as I learned from Mal Waldron.

Synchronicity makes that I received your parcel the same day as a new CD from Japan. This wrote Claude Schoenenweid to me a few days ago. Living in Switzerland he received a packed with cd's of Lacy from Belgium and from Japan the same day. This made him happy, he also could directly read the connection between me and The Eggfarm of Japan in my book 'Bone' which he ordered. So a whole network was spreading open.
Now today after waiting more than a month for news from the film director Ivo fisher I got a positive answer that the computer was broken and that we could advance finishing the movie in detail. Also today I got a positive answer from the Art School KASK in Ghent that they would help me to make a dvd from that high definition movie that captures so much memory.
These examples are not so very special but they make us happy and give strength to our believe that we advance in the right direction.

It's like the number synchronicity is going to work out.
My dear coincidences: too beautiful to be true.
The 15th of December 2004, I organized in the Sint-Kwintenskapel Ghent, a concert with the saxophone player Stefan Hardt. In fact this was a part of a whole project by vzw,( non- profit organisation) Helix. My organisation calls vzw Klimop.
I brought also a bar into the chapel with beers and wine.
The whole project called Fast Forward, because during 72 hours, one artist after the other presented his art.
When Stefan Hardt was playing his tune Sands of Steve Lacy, another artist started strewing sand on the floor for I don't know which purpose.
But there was also a second coincidence; after the concert I served the drinks and on my towel I found a self -adhesive ticket of a plant. Where that ticket came from I don't know and on it I could read:
Hedera Helix / Klimop, schaduwrijke plant, matig water geven.
So the 2 organisations came together on that ticket, on that towel: Helix and Klimop, which is unbelievable.
(Schaduwrijke plant, matig water geven means put in the shade and give normal water).
Stronger I can't even imagine, I still have the paper with me.
The prize of the plant was € 2.13 which is also beautiful 1 2 3, I observed only now.

That sheep is another story! With this you see how an archetype is emerging.
It started with prof. Walter Verraes who sent me a bundle of his poetry. One year later another biologist Vladimir Kaigorodov gave me kind of paintings every day one of two.
A few days before these paintings arrived, I had found the poetry back and they were laying on top of my papers. I got the idea that these 2 arts could fuse in a synchronic way.
I started to compare the first poem with the first painting and was very exited.The 24th poem was about a sheep and on the 24th painting the sheep was there!! On these things I wrote the book 'Who is paying the Muse' here on RG.
But now that sheep came to me in reality, for the moment it is eating the grass. And so its olfactory bulb inspired me to focus more on that molecular system.
Everything is synchronicity there is only a degree of seeing it. Some start from cause and effect, one step further is one cause 2 effects and so on. There are effects with a cause in the future also.

this is nothing special but it gave me some idea of protection.

Today I heard such a beautiful coincidence that I want to communicate it: just when I put on the radio today a woman was telling a story about a lover of long ago who turned back into her mind every day. He left without leaving traces, which was the will of both.
What happened was that at the house next doors a car stopped with a personalized number plate. On the plate was the name of that lover KAMIEL just the way his name was written which is very unusual.
I think that this is a beautiful synchronicity that follows the rules because the woman was emotionally connected with the name.
Very strange that we get only 5 followers for such an important question which ultimately can be connected with the quantum entanglement, something that appears simultaneously with hidden variables not yet understood. If we could get more examples we could see better the picture.
On a trip to Spain, reading a book of Theodore Dalrymple about civilization, art, politics. The pages about Joan Miro did me realize that he was from Spain. One day after, in the museum of Modern Art, there before me, 2 paintings of Joan Miro.
May be this doesn't sound very complicated but it gave me some kick, I looked at it with different eyes and felt some harmony with the whole of my stay in Alicante.
It gives an indication of perception, how we stock the information coming to us. It was also the only book I took with me.
Some small details are coloring the whole.
All this can be used to prove that time and space are coming together in macro as well as nano, on the condition that we are free to act and the order of the unconsciousness is of a certain degree. How that order is formed is still an open question.
A strange coincidence on Friday the 13th.
In Afkikker we organize Friday the 13th, 13th of November 2015. That made me think about the other Friday 13s when many students and professors came to perform songs and poetry. So now I made posters again and the first poster I wanted to hang up in a concert-bar in the centre of Ghent was closed. Plastic flowers were fixed at the door with the words: the street will miss you. I went to another concert-bar, directed by Russians. There they told me the boss did suicide the day before..
The atmosphere in the Russian bar was fairly positive and they promised me to come and perform some music. I told them about a video I am going to show with their friend Keryl, who died this year and performed in Afkikker in 1997 on a Friday the 13th. A lot of positive waves are needed.
If I ever can use my synchronicities to bring some order in the observation of nature, I can already say, that they occur mostly in connection with the direction of my unconscious thinking and the steps I make to reach the goal. All this is laying in the line of the research of Jung and Pauli.

I remember in 2010 due to a serious terminal illness (cancer) of my colleague from the chair of faculty, my boss offered me a business group trip to the South of France, because the funds have already been posted on the grant of the department. It was not my first trip to France but it turned out to be essentially significant when it comes to research and scientific proposals.

Our heads are full of special things and surprises which are very important. Meaning and surprise are key words which form new neuron connections. Each coincidence gets meaning and so we build up our thinking and feeling. But nowadays we must start to think about action and by thought that becomes very difficult, so I stick to the music and prepare myself for the Jewish concert. I believe music is a way to reach the highest top, where the brain is so beautiful at work.
Just one remark on the 1 and the 2, in fact there are many webs around us but they learned us to count till 2, the church made it 3 and Pauli had a lot of difficulties with the 4. That's one thing.
Further even 2 numbers can get confused as I don't understand :

My own life - I promise it is true - has been a set or weave of coincidences. I can easily mention getting scholarship for my Ph.D., and the circumstances around that. Or also, when I first met my (now) wife. Many, many events seem to me to be so driven that coincidences and - a bit of randomness - come jointly to shape your life. And life is definitely good!
That's very fine but how can we put it in a paradigm, to give it also a scientific weight.
I think it has something to do with passion, but passion is not such a big thing, the words anger and anxiety are better understood because they can be tested on animals
It can be a way to put the right thing forward, and leaving the bad behind.
At least it must be more as a story.

Well, I would additionally say that coincidences consciously happen to those who are open to them. Further on: to those who happen to be open-minded. Heraclitus already said something in this sense.
In my own take, I would think that life is an intertwined wave of causality and determinism, on the one hand, and chance, randomness and coincidences, on the other. The more free we are, the less deterministic are own actions.
Yes freedom is the essence of it, and willingness to see it, as you said open-mindedness'.
Furthermore nature can be based on it and it can be the bridge between causal and acausal happenings.

Friday March 25 we planned a concert with all Jewish music in Afkikker. Now it turns out that this is Good Friday for the Catholics. I don't know how this is remembered by the Jewish. Polish Catholics don't come.
Music, religion and politics get entangled in Afkikker and I hope music will bring reconciliation.
Just today, one day before my departure to Berlin, I took the first book of a staple books on the shelf without any purpose, I just turned in that direction. It was a black book I never opened before as I remember, probably one of my father in law. The title surprised me a lot:

It's was raining so hard that many streets stood blank and we had to take other roads to avoid the water that came pretty high. so I got lost and when I stopped to look at the name of the street I could read: water street!
It was also a bit raining inside Afkikker and I took a plastic tablecloth that I had put in my car to protect the piano. When I put the plastic on the piano it fitted 100%, just the same measure, the difference was less than 1 cm.
