Hi. Trying to set up the MC903 model of AD in BL/6J mice. I've tried daily application of up to 4nmol for 8 days and also every 3rd day application for 3 weeks and I'm struggling to get an increase in ear thickness. I am making up the MC903 for the whole study in 100% EtOH and keeping in at room temp in the dark. Does it need to be made fresh daily prior to each application? I have tried calcipotriol powder from both Sigma and cayman chemicals. Any advice or tricks?
