I am wondering to know if it is possible to arrive a point of genetics in the future which we will use immortality feature of cancer cells to modify normal cells to immortal cells?

Hello Arash,
yes, definitely you can use immortality of cancer cells to create immortal cell lines. But care should be taken that it would not be a targeted approach and can menifest many unwanted changes in normal cell lines (integration of some cancer related genes etc.) which can also compromise the inherent characteristics of normal cells. So very precisely and carefully designed experiments should be used.
Science is a very open field. You can think and also try some crazy things...
