The level of aggregated data is determined by the goal of the research and available data(!). In Poland, I propose as a level of aggregation data based an age (working / seniors ), place of living - capital, voivodeship cities, cities, village.

I propose to research the impact of 500 PLN as tool to reduce health inequality. Maybe part of 500 is used to purchasing of health services or transferred to seniors for drugs, etc.
