From my research, people have been talking of high frequency electrical permittivity and conductivity of Graphene at GHz and THz ranges. The electrical permittivity can be modelled using the the Drude model or a simpler equation attached. While the high frequency Graphene conductivity can be modelled using the Random Phase Approximation (RPA), Critical Points and Spline.
Are these equations still valid at low frequency at MHz range for Graphene electrical permittivity and conductivity?
