I want to learn R programming language but I do not know a source from which I can start, I need it for statistical analysis of Ecological, Molecular, floristic, and Taxonomic studies.
For research purposes, You must have some programming skills. It depends on what is your field and your project even your previous programming knowledge. Some explanatory videos can be used, for more on Link https://www.researchgate.net/publication/339585716_Learning_R_Programming_Language_With_Psi_Chi
I would recommend you check out Zuur's Mixed Effects Models and Extensions in Ecology with R. It goes through examples of linear models to generalized linear mixed models. https://www.springer.com/gp/book/9780387874579
Hello, I share a folder with some R books, the folders are divided according to what you need. Most are related to data analysis in environmental sciences
I recommend you watch this 2-hour introductory course in Linkedln Learning, it is from free. This is a hands-on video that takes you from cero to be able to do some decent analysis. Later you can get into more detail.
Several programs have been recommended to you. But R self-learning is a bit difficult in my opinion. It would be better for someone to explain the workings to you.
https://www.physalia-courses.org/courses-workshops/ here you can find many courses related to your field of interest. They are not for free but due to the pandemic they are currently taking place online and they are a bit cheaper than usual.
