I've thought a lot about Maxwell's equations. As you know, the SI system of units has abolished the exact values of vacuum permeability and permittivity since 2019. They must now be found experimentally but the uncertainty is enormous.
However, the product of permeability and vacuum permittivity has the dimensions of the inverse square of a velocity.
Don't you think that this product is the inverse of the square of the wave propagation speed of the earth's electromagnetic field?
I think it makes sense if you understand Maxwell's equations a certain way when you apply them in the vacuum of Earth. In addition, if the earth's electromagnetic field fluctuates, this product may also fluctuate. What do you think???

to my great regret, I am not inclined to discuss the physical properties of fictional substances such as phlogiston, philosophical fluid, vacuum (including quantum), ether (except diethyl), etc. Want you to discuss «exact values of vacuum and permittivity» - the properties of which of the absolute vacuum should be clearly defined (air, water, ether, diamond, vacuum of the solar system, intergalactic vacuum, ...).
As for 2019, I find it more interesting to discuss democratic voting at the Second Council of Nicaea in 787.

Further, the STOE posits there is only 1 force (magnetic) that travels superluminally and that the gradient of the magnetic field is NOT zero as Maxwell suggests but is gravity.
Applying this to Earth's movements may be interesting.

described, which seems to me wonderful description about this topic, there is a deep analysis regarding the key words involved. I think that we need to take into consideration electrohydrodynamic questions and those other concepts. In my opinion, I feel that the question demands deep understanding of mathematics and physics. Perhaps the fine structure constant needs to be included (of course) and important equations that rules electromagnetism in quantum physics and relativity. The topic is complex, I ask how Tesla had dealt with this matter. It is interesting that some authors pointed out about "ether" or substances related to philophical ideas (Tesla apparently believed in that substance, perhaps that substance is not like matter, but something that belongs to the the domain of quantum structures we cannot understand yet. Of course, how the electrical and magnetic fields are behaving based on sophisticated analysis of quantum theories, fields, etc., is fundamental here. If I reached new concepts, I will try to bring them here.
