Does anyone know the following:
a company or lab which can generate MAPT knockout of murine embryonic stem cells?
an already established MAPT KO mESC line*?
or a preferred/robust Cas9 system for inducing heterozygous KO in mESCs?
*our lab will also happily support a collaboration if interested in donating cells

Hello Keagan.
There are official MAPT KO mice strains or frozen embryos, but not the ES cell lines probably due to commercial contract purposes. See the link.

If you want to have and describe the exact genetic background of the ES cells, you could obtain ES cells of the mice produced from the frozen embryos shipped to you.
You've got to ask them about the legality of ES cell generation from the strain.
