I have installed ns2.35 simulator to simulate a wireless sensor network routing protocol, but, they told me that I need a mannasim patch file to add, for correct working ns2.
So please, if you can help me and tell me how to do that, if someone can give me the patch and how to add it?
I don't have a lot of experience with ns2, but a quick google search points you here:

As for the ns2.35 part: the best way to make that happen is to do a three-way diff with the ns2.29 source, the ns2.35 source and the mannasim source. That should be reasonably simple. Someone else just applied the patch to 2.34 and fixed the resulting problems, as described here:

I think that If you just want to test your routing protocol for WSN, you can use the existing wpan model (nativly included in NS2) that simulate the MAC and PHY layer of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard.

It's probably a good idea to actually post the errors you encountered here or on a fedora-related forum. Maybe you have missing libraries or made changes to the wrong source files accidentially?
