Lucigen Quickextract solution and use of the DNA for Sanger sequencing of CRISPR/Cas9 clones?

I am using Lucigen QuickExtract DNA solution for T7E1 assay to screen my CRISPR/Cas9 clones. As of what I read, the DNA from this assay is only suitable for PCR. Just wanted to know if anyone tried to use the same DNA product for Sanger sequencing downstream?

The first step to Sanger Sequencing is to PCR amplify your DNA region of interest. So, you should have no troubles using your DNA for PCR and then Sanger sequencing.
