Lower Critical Solution Temperature for water oil system?

We know that below the Lower Critical Solution Temperature,components of the mixture are completely miscible in all compositions.Then does such a temperature exist for the Water-Oil system? Similarly does UCST also exist for the system? What would be the exact values?
