Looking for positive control for mTOR in western blot

Hello,

I'm currently trying to run an experiment in which i'm looking to see mTOR protein expression across a pre-treated cancer line arising from epithelial cells. I was considering using mouse liver tissue as a positive control but I wanted to see if anyone has used anything in the past? Let me know. Thanks!

I have not studied mice yet, but Humans seems to have no mTOR (please see file; HepG2 Fucoidan).

Thus, Humans does not have Insulin, and Humans does not possess phenomenon of the Autophagy (my unpublidshd observation).
