Xavier, Giovanna Montingelli revised the taxonomy of Mastigodryas in her PhD (http://www.teses.usp.br/teses/disponiveis/41/41133/tde-03112009-115618/pt-br.php), but I was not able to find information of average SVL there. Maybe you could send her a message.
For D. margaritiferus, I found in Savage (2002: The Amphibians and Reptiles of Costa Rica) the following information: "A moderate-sized species (total length to 1,339 mm, most adults 760 to 1,000 mm); tail long (26 to 30% of total length)"
Kohler (2003: Reptiles of Central America) gives the maximum total length of D. chloroticus to 1200 mm, and of D. margaritiferus 1340 mm.
I am sorry to have few information, but I do not have much literature of species outside Brazil or South America.
