Hello,
There is a specific mRNA that I want to work with it but I need some data about it such as; amino acid sequence, how many bases, the length or molecular weight..etc?
Is there any website where I can write the name of the mRNA and get some information about it? There are some websites for proteins but could not see any for mRNA.
If you could help me I would appreciate it.

You can check on NCBI Gene (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/) or ENSEMBL (http://useast.ensembl.org/index.html) to get an overview of the mRNA transcripts and protein products from annotated genes in many species. The gene pages collect all of the transcripts and protein products into one place.
Hi, for basic information on the mRNA and its sequence features, I think NCBI gene may provides you with the essential informations. If you'd like to get more information on the protein sequence and its features, I think UniProt works really well for me.
