I fully agree with the first part of the reply provided by Frank T. Edelmann at five days ago, and partially agree with the second part. The pandemic circumstance gave many reviewers more time than an ordinary situation. Unfortunately, some journals do not evaluate the psychological state of the researcher while waiting for the editor response.

Dear Fatma Abdel Wahab, I think at the moment there is not much reason to worry. Normally, reviewers are give 2-3 weeks to write their recommendations. However, it often takes longer. Delays in the reviewing process can also occur because of the current COVD-19 situation. Thus I wouldn't be surprised if the entire process could take 3-4 months.
