I have a problem with loading my sds gel with the Hamilton syringe: Air bubbles appear when I load my sample with the syringe. When applying the sample I have the feeling that a lot of sample escapes upwards through the air bubbles and is lost. (Ponceau red coloration is not regular).

Maybe you have some tips how to avoid the air bubbles? Technique, sample size? Thanks a lot!
