when I load PBM through fluent, in one of the tutorials it is mentioned that I need to save the case and data--> exit from fluent--->> load the case and data once again and patch the boundary conditions. I am getting an error message that solution data update failed.

the links you shared are not opening. I am following the steps mentioned in the user manual. I have a quasi steady state flow for 5s where the flow field has converged and gives a stable solution. As per the manual it says that when I load the case and data file and use E_E model to create a secondary phase (solid). In the manual it says that I need to save the case and data file before actually simulating the PBM mechanism. Once I do that and reload the PBM (i.e newly saved case and data file I get the following message " the calculation status update failed". Also in the residual monitors I get random fluctuation graphs which don't seem realistic
