Hi Javaid,

In my point of views, when we say about high temperature solder, the best (but would not be the good solution for electronic) will be brazing materials (with the melting around 700degC).. The 2nd best would be the composition of alloy containing Pb.. Others candidates, with temperature below 300degC, will be the high temperature solders (without Pb).. When I was with Motorola, I used to get various literatures from NEMI, NIST, IPC, Soldering Technology magazine, Sandia National Lab, Electronic Components, Indium Corporation, Kester, Henkel as well as from EIS Inc. Hope these info help.. :-)
